Dear students we are going to play a game. I have a concept in my mind.  I will provide you some positive examples for the concept in my mind and some negative examples which do not bear the characteristics of the concept. All the yes example have some attributes in common. By comparing the examples you have to identify the concept in my mind, its characteristics and suggest some more examples. Moreover based on the attributes you have to define the concept.
Here is the pair of positive and negative examples.
    A child pulls a table (+ve)
    A child standing with a load on his head. (-ve)

Something related to motion
Now listen, there is your second set of examples.
    A batsman hit the ball (+ve)

Can you explain how did you reach at our conclusion?
Teacher your firs positive examples of child pulls a table and a man carrying a load make as to think that the concept may be something related to motion and also which can be done by a child. But when you provide the next positive example that hypothesis was rejected.
 
 
What about the next examples?
When you told about falling of a mango from a tree as negative example we thought that the concept was related to something like force and also involves motion.
Then how will you reached at the final conclusion?
